Exiled Writers' Ink

Bosnian author Darija Stojnic, now resident in London, has taken over as chairman of Exiled Writers Ink. A television, radio and print journalist and former lawyer, Darija takes over from Hom Paribag.

The latest Exiled Writers publication is the Kurdish Exiled Voices booklet The Fleeing Garden, which launched in January at the Stanhope Centre, Marble Arch. The booklet is the culmination of the group’s Kurdish creative writing project, run at the School of Oriental and African Studies in conjunction with the Arts and Humanities Research Board.

Membership of the society is £15 annually, including two copies of the magazine. Members also benefit from reduced fees for Exiled Writers events, and entry to the Poetry Cafe for £1 instead of £3.
